1. INTRODUCTION

This statement outlines the steps taken by Tasman Global Healthcare in Ireland and Tasman Group LTD in the UK (collectively Tasman) to prevent modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labour within our organisation and supply chains.

Tasman is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and ensuring that no form of labour exploitation occurs in our business or supply chains.

2. OUR BUSINESS AND STRUCTURE

Tasman is an international healthcare consulting firm operating across various geographies, including the UK and Ireland. We provide advisory and technical services including EHR implementation, optimisation, analytics, managed services, and transformation programmes.

Our supply chain primarily consists of:

    • IT software, equipment, and technology services
    • Facilities and office services
    • Professional consulting services

These are typically low‑risk sectors; however, we acknowledge that no supply chain is risk‑free.

3. LEGAL & REGULATORY CONTEXT

Our compliance approach aligns with applicable laws, including but not limited to:

    • Modern Slavery Act 2015
    • Human Rights Act 1998
    • Criminal Law (Human Trafficking) Act 2008 (as amended)

These frameworks collectively require vigilance, risk assessment, and appropriate transparency around human‑rights impacts in operations and supply chains.

4. RISK ASSESSMENT

We conduct periodic assessments to identify areas in which forced labour or labour exploitation risks may arise. Factors considered include:

    • Geographic risk
    • Supplier industry/sector risk
    • Use of subcontracted labour
    • Country‑level human rights ratings
    • Supplier capacity for due‑diligence compliance

5. DUE DILIGENCE & SUPPLIER CONTROLS

Our due‑diligence processes include:

    • Due diligence during supplier onboarding
    • Contractual clauses confirming compliance with applicable laws
    • Periodic supplier reviews, prioritised by risk
    • Escalation procedures for concerns

We expect all suppliers to uphold standards consistent with Irish law and EU human‑rights frameworks.

6. INTERNAL POLICIES

    • Equal Employment Opportunity
    • Anti‑Harassment and Anti‑Discrimination
    • Prohibition of forced or compulsory labour
    • Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Policies
